Ok so for about 6 months or so I've ran smilelittledarling.tumblr.com, a music blog I decided to start one day to promote my friend's band and other bands I find on the internet, in local venues etc.  My writing has picked up recently as I have been in touch with bands from further than my local scene to review gigs and I have just recently written my first interview.  Whilst tumblr is great for visually communicating, I feel that my efforts can be somewhat hidden slightly and this is why I am going to try my best to integrate this with my tumblr blog.  If this ends up being more successful and gaining more attention then I shall probably make this the main blog.  The next few posts will be links to previous tumblr posts but I may put up the most recent one on here in full.  Bare with me as I begin to get to grips with this new platform.

p.s I have no idea why I decided to call this project Smile Little Darling.  It came to me once and I just put it down... now I guess I'm kinda stuck with it.  It reminds me of some emo band..but never mind.   I write music too so perhaps I'll go under the guise of Smile Little Darling for that too.
